Please donate!!!

November 10, 2008

As you may have heard or read, the dedicated crew is currently trying to prevent the famous freestyle park at Meiringen-Hasliberg from being shut down. Now we presented our plans to the Meiringen-Hasliberg cable car company and were able to obtain at least the assurance that there will be a small and low-cost park if we can guarantee to cover a part of the cost by the end of this week. And that's what we're asking you for: If you want to do your part to keep the park alive, please donate! Every single donation - no matter what amount - will be highly appreciated by the dedicated crew as well as by all those who ride the park every day! So please donate to the dedicated project's bank account:

Party of the year

November 10, 2008

Thanks a lot! Thanks to all of you who came to LU-town to watch our movie and celebrate with us, thanks to Boogie and his crew for coordinating the party, thanks to the Casineum and F6 staff, thanks to everyone who helped to make this possible. It was great! 1000 people were queuing up in front of the Casineum club to enjoy an excellent evening with a breathtaking movie, hardcore disco tunes by DJs Prince Boogie, Clastsound and Fredi K. and a lot of "seeing and being seen". Find a few images from Friday night attached below and look for more on Tillate.com, twoleftfeet.ch and Facebook.

By the way: Unfortunately, you all have to be patient for a few more days until we will be able to present our new movie on the internet, as we are having one more premiere party coming up at Saas-Fee, Switzerland on November 14. So the new movie will not be able for downloading nor shipping before November 18. But feel free to join us up there again to watch the movie once more at the infamous Popcorn club, where on the same night, there will be the second (and even more infamous) so-called "Apérooooo-Party" hosted by disco king KillPhil himself.

Just in case you want to join us: The dedicated party train will be leaving Meiringen at 7.44 p.m. tomorrow. We will kick off the night with a little reception at the "Frankenstrasse 6" bar from 8 p.m. and then head for the "Casineum" club at 11 p.m. See you there!

"Gather & Ride" post production, part 2

October 30, 2008

Now we are slowly but steadily running towards the end of post production on our movie. Thanks to our sound producer Patrik Zeller, the "Gather & Ride" soundtrack will be a worthy successor to the famous "Hunt & Gather" soundtrack by Morphologue. Please check out Patrik's work at myspace.com/patriksound. Also we will be able to distribute the "Gather & Ride" soundtrack on CD in a special package with the movie DVD. So if you want to support the dedicated project, order your copy. Keep checking this website for more information.

"Gather & Ride" post production

October 24, 2008

The smile on the dedicated boys' faces is getting bigger and bigger every day at the moment. The reason for that: Our second movie "Gather & Ride" has just gone through the final post production stages of color grading and recording the voice-overs. The only thing that's missing now is the soundtrack, which will also be delivered soon. Already we are looking forward so much to the day we will be able to present this movie to the public. We are sure you will like it as much as we do!

Thanks to Toby "The Voice" McGarry and Jürgen a.k.a. "The Color DJ" who did amazing jobs and not even sent a bill for it. That's what I call dedication for real!

Good news...

September 29, 2008

The dedicated crew is back! One year ago, we impressed everybody with our first movie called "Hunt & Gather", and now there we are, proudly presenting the sequel called "Gather & Ride". Be curious to see more powder, more air time, more riders - in a word: More snowboarding. All of this in high definition quality of course. We invite you to join the release party of our new creation at the Casineum club in Lucerne, Switzerland on November 7, 2008 at 11.00 p.m. It's going to be a great party for sure, because the dedicated crew has not only been famous for stylish snowboarding and great movies over the past few years, but also for partying hard(er). On the musical side, we've got famous Swiss DJs Prince Boogie and Fredi K. rockin' the spot. Coming to Lucerne this particular night will pay off by all means: There will be good sounds, nice footage from the past winter and lots of drinks. So don't miss it...

Don't miss it...

...and bad news!

September 28, 2008

We just had to learn that the Bergbahnen Meiringen-Hasliberg cable car company will not be supporting our dedicated freestyle-park.ch at Meiringen-Hasliberg any longer. This means there will be NO FREESTYLE PARK AT MEIRINGEN-HASLIBERG IN WINTER 2008! The dedicated crew cannot unterstand or support this decision. We are all disappointed and encourage you to send your thoughts about cancelling the park to freestylepark@dedicated-project.com. Please share this adress with your shred buddies! We want to know what's going on in your heads right now!

Welcome to the crew!

September 25, 2008

The dedicated crew proudly welcomes Austrian freeriding legend Eric Themel as another new crew member and contributor to the dedicated project: Thanks to Eric, you will be able to see some sick big mountain powder lines in our upcoming movie "Gather & Ride". Which, by the way, is going to be finished these days. Rough cuts are already done now, and there's only about one month left until November 7. You better start countin' the days...

Eric Themel, ready to drop in...

...and at full speed!

One more spot in the area

May 9, 2008

Again, our crew found one more perfect jump spot in the same area. Today, after a good hike in the hot sun, they built another nice kicker to shoot in the quaint springtime sunset light. Markus Keller did a good job and stomped his cab 900 into that deep slush, despite the landing had almost gone due to a slide of the wet and heavy spring snow.

Some sunny and warm springtime jumps

May 8, 2008

Today, the dedicated crew went up there again to shoot those nice kicker spots. With that perfect, sunny and warm springtime, almost summertime weather conditions currently prevailing in Switzerland, it was easy to bring it all in today: Gian Simmen spun his frontside spins, Marco Feichtner twirled all kinds of spins, backside, frontside and even upside-down, and Markus Keller rodeo'ed a bs 720. Nice one, boys! And the good thing is: Davide got it all on tape and Photodude Birri got it all on pixels:

Summertime? No way!

May 7, 2008

You think it's summertime now and there's no more snow around just because you brought out your swimsuits and sandals? Well, you got it wrong! The dedicated crew has still got their secret spots with a few nice kicker spots where there has never been a single snowboarder around all winter long. Together with Markus Keller and Marco Feichtner, Davide went to check out the area and found several spots to let his digger slaves go to work. Unfortunately, Markus Keller didn't bring any sun lotion with him...

Grimsel 2008 - one more report

April 28, 2008

One more time, the dedicated crew and everybody who joined us at the Grimsel basecamp would like to thank the Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG company for giving us the possibility to access such a great and natural alpine area. In particular, our thank goes to Roland Künzler, who looked after us very well all the time we were up there, and who has been there for us for more than one year now, assisting and supporting us at whatever we needed. We highly appreciate such valuable dedication for a bunch of young guys with little money, but with lots of dreams, visions and ideas in their heads.

Grimsel 2008, day 12 - the final report

April 26, 2008

While you're mowing the lawn at home, the dedicated crew was shredding their "garden" around the grimsel base today. Davide "the mosquito" Tiraboschi was nervously flying around the building at 6:45 a.m., waking everybody up. Sun was shining and the snow had gone rock solid during the clear night: Today is the day. Ready to rock the quarterpipe, the reshaped playground with tunnels and lots more that came across our shovels in the past few days. The inrun of the quarterpipe was as nervous as the "mosquito". Our Austrian guest rider Björn Hartweger went off like a "duracell bunny", destroying all the granite rock walls and going big in the quarterpipe, with solid airs to fakie. But we will not forget what the impact of our young blooded shredders Broccoli, Colin and Nils dropping out of the Grimsel Hospiz building's window sounded like: These drops where really big and to set your plank into the right landing spot from that height required swiss precision landing skills. Ask Colin Frei how his bones feel after such a drop down. Our day went from dawm till dusk, Gian just came in from a late night shred session with Photodude Birri. The rest of the gang was grinding the fridge and killing all the left-over liquids from the pasht shtwo wheeeeks..caush tommorrow we leave the base, headin home, to mow our lawns. Our wives and children need our help...
